Banco Galicia incorporated a Control Room equipped with 12 C-CONTROL® screens and 18 monitoring stations, designed to visualize the status of the bank's services and supervise the Data Centers in real time.
It also allows for the identification of potential incidents related to technology and cybersecurity. The room operates as a strategic operational center, offering a unified and continuous view of the entity's technological and operational ecosystem.

RESULTS
The new Control Room allows Banco Galicia to have a continuous and centralized supervision of the status of its critical services. Thanks to the infrastructure consisting of 12 C-CONTROL® screens and 18 operating stations, the technical team can detect incidents in advance, respond with agility and coordinate actions among different areas.
The solution has improved operational efficiency, technological security and the bank's ability to respond to any eventuality.
