DESCRIPTION
Veolia, a leading company in sustainable resource management, required an effective tool to monitor its waste collection service centrally and in real time. An Operations Control Center was implemented to simultaneously visualize the activity of the entire fleet of trucks equipped with GPS antennas, radiofrequency and remote cameras.
In addition, more than 3,000 containers are identified by QR codes, which allows cross-referencing information on location, routes and collection, thus optimizing operational processes and decision-making.

RESULTS
Thanks to the C-CONTROL® system, Veolia now has a collaborative solution that enables real-time visualization of the status of its entire fleet and related IoT devices. Satellite tracking, route traceability and the integration of multiple sources of information have made it possible to optimize operational processes, improve service quality and strengthen analysis and reporting capabilities for more agile and effective decision-making.
